1 · What Bandit TV is

Bandit TV is a free video site run by The Bandit (“we”, “us”). You can watch without an account. An account adds comments, watch history, and — where features are switched on — for-fun extras like Gold, streaks, predictions, and drops.

2 · You must be 18 or over

The channel covers gambling content, so the whole site is 18+. By using it you confirm you are at least 18. If gambling stops being fun, see our responsible gambling page.

3 · Gold is not money

Gold is for-fun points. It has no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything of monetary value, and can be adjusted or reset where the fair-play rules are broken. Nothing on Bandit TV is gambling: you never stake money, and you can never win money.

4 · Memberships

5 · One account, two saloons

Bandit TV sign-in is shared with the Backinamo Vault. The Vault is a separate service with its own terms; nothing you do on Bandit TV moves money or gambling activity anywhere. Deleting your Bandit TV account does not touch your Vault account, and vice versa.

6 · Your content and behaviour

Comments, chat, and clips you make must be lawful and not abusive. We may remove content, hold it for review, time out, or ban accounts that break these rules. Clips are cut from our own videos and stay on our infrastructure; we can take a clip down at any time (for example after a rights complaint — complaints form).

7 · Our content

Videos, artwork, and branding belong to The Bandit or their licensors. Watching is for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t rip, re-host, or pass our content off as yours.

8 · Service honesty

Bandit TV is provided as-is. We aim to keep it up and honest — features that are not ready are not shown, and we never advertise a reward that does not exist. We may change or withdraw features; if a feature is withdrawn nothing you earned is taken from you.

9 · The legal frame

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still stands. Questions: use the contact form.
